Every tier is a one-off payment for a defined piece of work. No commission is taken on a completed purchase, and the full amount is confirmed in writing before the first cadastral extract is ordered.

Travel and site inspection outside the covered oblasts of Kyivska and Zhytomyrska, or beyond 140 km from Kyiv, is quoted separately once the parcel list is approved. Travel is billed at cost with receipts attached to the final invoice. Run the fee estimator for a first figure, and read the engagement terms before you commission work.

The flat fee is payable only after you approve a written scope naming the oblasts, the land-use classes and the number of parcels to review. Conversations and rejected scopes cost nothing. Current amounts sit in the published fee schedule.

We take no payment, discount or referral share from a seller, a broker or a notary. The only income on a file is the fee you pay us, which keeps the dossier independent of whoever is selling the land.

We do not promise that a suitable property will be found, that a price will be achieved, or that any parcel is risk-free. Each dossier states what was checked and when. Utility status is reported as confirmed, absent or unverified, and that reading carries an expiry date.
