1. Service Provider

This site zentrigox.com is operated by zentrigox.com, a private entrepreneur (PE), EDRPOU 04122990, 48 Velyka Vasylkivska Street, Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine. Contact: contact@zentrigox.com, +380 730 488 2123. Managing Director: Anna Garcia.

2. Services

We provide property selection and referral services. Before you order or submit a lead, we provide service description, price, payment and performance terms, complaint procedure, and return/refund conditions, per Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023 and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees in UAH unless stated otherwise. Payment due before service. Advertising claims are accurate, substantiated, not misleading, per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 03.07.1996.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the site lawfully, and verify property details before any transaction.

5. Refunds and Complaints

Refund conditions are in the service description. Complaints: contact@zentrigox.com. We respond within 30 days. You may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection and/or court, per Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023.

6. Personal Data

We process data under Law of Ukraine No. 3993-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 17.10.2024. Cookies with consent under Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' dated 16.12.2020 and Law of Ukraine No. 3993-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 17.10.2024, except strictly necessary cookies.

7. Limitation of Liability

We act as intermediary. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions based on our selection or referral services. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Ukraine, incl. Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023.
